Badger for everyday focus
Block distracting apps. Get on with your day.
A quick check can turn into a long detour. Put a boundary around the apps that keep pulling you back, with a proactive AI agent built into Badger.

Start with the apps that pull you away.
An app group is a choice about what to step away from. Keep it specific, and leave essential apps available.
Choose a group
In Badger, create an app group and choose its apps using the iPhone’s Screen Time picker. Name it something you recognize.
Tell Badger what matters
Start with one thing you want to change, the moments that get difficult, and something you want to do instead.
Check the whole journey
Try a blocking plan, open a selected app to check it, and learn how access returns. A chat message alone does not establish phone state.
For an existing account, app groups are in Settings → App groups. The installed app shows current device requirements.
An agent that can take initiative.
Badger can check in and take action on app access using your goals, what you tell it, and the observations you choose to share. It can propose a different action when the current approach is getting stuck.
Its own agent is part of the app. You do not need to configure another assistant to begin. Review the plan and its way back; Badger can act on blocking rather than only give advice.
Make the boundary fit the thing you want to do.
Finish a work task
Put the distracting group out of the way while you give a draft, budget, or project your attention.
Settle into studying
Keep study tools available. Choose the feeds and games you want outside the session.
Stay with a book
Give a chapter room to happen without turning a quick phone check into another detour.
These are possible uses, not preset modes or measured results.
Understand your way back.
Badger can make an action toward your goal the way to regain access. A real need or a genuine change of plan can change access. Asking to unlock may not end the plan. Emergency unblock is available in the app.
Blocking requires Screen Time authorization and the apps you select on the phone. Optional features can need additional permissions. Read the privacy policy and review the app’s permission prompts before sharing context.
How do I get Badger?
Do I need to connect an AI assistant?
Does an agent response prove the apps are blocked?
Already use a personal AI assistant?
You can also authorize a connection to request app-group blocks from that conversation. It extends Badger’s app; it does not replace the agent inside it.
